DAVE MORGAN
's musical past hails from the 'brum-beat' groups of the 60's and 70's - including MAGNUM (bass), THE UGLY'S (guitar). His songs brought him wider notice when recorded by groups such as THE MOVE, WISHFUL THINKING plus others. The song HIROSHIMA has twice been a hit in Europe, lastly in 1990/91 - reaching No.4 in the German charts, sung by the German artist SANDRA.

Dave was part of the Electric Light Orchestra group (guitar, synth, vocoder + back-up vocals). He was a studio musician on ELO's album SECRET MESSAGES and also worked on Jeff Lynne's ARMCHAIR THEATRE solo album, released in 1990.
Dave's long time collaboration with Richard Tandy (ELO's keyboard player) has resulted in many recordings of his songs:- the concept album EARTH RISE, the single BERLIN and, together with guitarist Martin Smith, the charity single ACTION produced by Jeff Lynne - and the compilation CD BC COLLECTION ('BC' stands for Before Christ!).

Life changed completely for Dave in June 1988 when he became a born-again Christian as a result of taking his mom to church in Selly Oak, Birmingham. Soon afterwards, he began composing inspirational songs. The
CALL Compact Disc released in 1997, includes a track titled GOD'S GOOD TIME, produced by Jeff Lynne. Two further inspirational CD albums, LONG WAY HOME and ANGEL LIGHT were released in 1999 and 2002 respectively.

In 1998 Dave and Mandy began a singing ministry at churches and concerts, telling their story using Dave's original songs (plus rock'n'roll and the occasional ELO hit). Since then they have appeared at many venues around Great Britain, Europe, Canada and the USA.

From June 1999 to December 2009, Mandy and Dave led a church in south Birmingham called
Church on the Hill  They now run a house fellowship and both have part time jobs: Mandy as a Drug and Alcohol training manager and Dave as a flight instructor.
