Lifeware considers learning a threefold experience. Many companies deliver half day courses which are designed to increase a person's knowledge alone. As much knowledge is lost in the first 24 hours (Petty 2004) this method of training is not even sufficient to embed information. The Lifeware programmes are created to help develop people and so focus on cognitive, psychomotor and affective domains, (Bloom1956). Our trainers use formative assessment throughout the sessions and where relevant students can work towards formal summative assessments.
